Returns and refunds policy

• You can return any item purchased on Makakooo.com within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received them.
• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Items must be returned in perfect condition, including bag, bracelet and pins.

a)Return Request: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

• Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and shipping address.
• Shipping: Ship the items to the address provided. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

• Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

c) Size or Product Exchanges

•  If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, return the unwanted item and place a new order for the correct item.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

d) Defective or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct item at no additional charge.

e) International Sales

• For international orders, customers are responsible for duties and customs fees.
• International returns must follow the same process as domestic returns, but may have a longer processing time due to customs clearance.
